I must say that there are a lot of things in A SPECIAL GIFT
which I think are unalienable truths and are vital for all of us. I'm
smiling as I write this because I've realized that, prior to making you
the promise of sharing the "Reflections", I'm already doing it and have
been doing it for some time with all my friends. Of course the acronym is
very helpful especially for organizing the ideas and the message that you
spread. The father-son reference I found was very meaningful as to the
importance of that male figure to provide guidance in life. There are a
lot of things in your book that I agree with (in fact all of them) and
just to share a couple, "What at first seems to be a problem often turns
into a blessing,” and also, “It’s not what we know, rather what we do with
what we know which is important.”
Reading your book could not have happened at a better time, recently have
had a couple of downs in my life and though yesterday was a long day in
terms of just trying to find answers or justifications, today as I read
your book it reminded me of my strengths and of how the best way to move
forward is simply to DO IT. You can only look at the pieces on the floor
for so long and wonder what could've happened, should have happened, would
have happened....or you acknowledge what IS and you move on from there.
And do it with a big smile and just face it with a positive outlook.

Me di la oportunidad de leer un Don Especial y definitivamente ese pequeño
